• Make-up applications (according to customers request, Day, Night and weeding look)
• Make sure communication is effective throughout the store and back to the brand team.
• Implement and review all stock loss prevention control.
• Managing a team by providing In-store training, motivation, development of the team.
• Implement store layout visual merchandising accordantly to the brand guideline.
• Manage stock replenishment, product launches and promotion.
• Maximize sales and insure customer focus is priorities at all times.
• Weekly/daily analysis of commercial reports.
• Manage manpower planning according to the business needs.
• Deputies in absence of the store manager.
• Ensure the store is fully compliant administratively and procedurally according to company guidelines and deadlines.

Achieve excellent standards of Customer Service on the shop floor
• Resolve Customer complaints effectively
• Ensure company Store Standards of grooming, presentation and professional conduct are set and maintained.
• Motivate Team Members to achieve shared goal and acknowledge team and individual success
• Maintain High Standard of House Keeping , ensure the department is merchandised commercially and visually as per Standards
