— System Support, Administering and Management (*NIX — FreeBSD, Linux; MS Windows Server/Workstation);
— support of different office hardware/software, PABXs, LANs, hardware with its drivers, support of external devices, etc.;
— helpdesk, end-user support and troubleshooting;
— hardware and software inventory;
— familiar with programming in: shell scripting; C (++), Pascal, Fortran; perl (now studying)
